Passed away at Palmerston North Hospital in the presence of her family, on Wednesday 29 August 2018, aged 72 years. Loved wife of Billy. Dearly loved mum of Francesca; and Liam and Sarah (UK). Loved Nan to Hannah (Australia); and Leah and Jessica (UK). A service for Patricia will be held at The Lychway Chapel, 5 Roy Street, Palmerston North, on Tuesday 4 September 2018 at 2.00pm, followed by private cremation.
