Passed away peacefully at Julia Wallace on Friday 11 January 2019. Aged 92 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Diana. Treasured father and father-in-law of Penny and John; Amanda and Ken; and Sally. Much loved Grandad of Olivia and Tama; Vanessa and Dan; Richard and Gemma; Simon and Alice, and great-Grandad of Maxwell, Ariana, Charlie; and Harry and Flynn. A service for James will be held at The Lychway Chapel, 5 Roy Street, Palmerston North, on Thursday 17 January 2019, at 10.30am, followed by private interment.
