On 26 September 2021 at Metlifecare in his 102nd year. Dearly loved husband and soulmate of the late Eileen for 68 years. Loved father and father-in-law of Val and Chum Sutherland; Maureen and George Searle; John Brummitt and Penny Lloyd. Loved Pa and Grandad of Ken, and Jackie Searle and Ruben Smith, Blair and Kelly Sutherland, Amy Sutherland, Robin and Glen Brummitt. Great-Grandpa of Ross and Kate Searle and Laura and Kieran Sutherland. A service for Jack will be held at The Lychway Chapel, 5 Roy Street, Palmerston North, on Friday 1 October 2021 at 2.00pm, followed by private cremation.
