Passed away peacefully at Riverstone Rest Home on Friday, 26th November 2021, aged 76 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Ken McEwen. Mother of Jacqui Loveridge, Deidre McEwen and Laureen King. Grandmother of Rebecca & Joshua Loveridge, and Elleanor King. Loved sister of Thelma & Jim, Shirley & Peter & Bruce, Maureen & Jim, Alan & Pat, Mary & Barry, Robert & Christine, Kevin & Sandy. Loved Aunt of all her nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate the life of Yvonne will be held at The Lychway Chapel, 5 Roy Street, Palmerston North, on Thursday 2nd December at 1.30pm. We would like to thank all the staff at Riverstone Rest Home for their loving care of Yvonne in her final days. A special thank you to Christine Woodhouse for all your kindness to Yvonne, your support and care made Yvonne’s life much easier these past few years. You were her advocate and her best friend.
