Passed away peacefully at Chiswick Park Lifecare on Tuesday 21 June 2022. Aged 85 years. Loved son of Robert and Reremoana Governor. Brother of Edward (dec), Jackie (dec) (Sydney), Rena (dec), Iris (Waikanae), Laura (dec) (Sydney), Tiki (dec), George (Feilding), Adelaide (Auckland), Lorimer (Palmerston North), Luana (Melbourne) and Debbie (Tasmania). A service for Rangi will be held at The Lychway Chapel, 5 Roy Street, Palmerston North, on Saturday 25 June 2022, at 11.00am followed by private cremation.
