ONZM Passed away peacefully 21st October 2023, aged 96 years at Olive Tree Village, Palmerston North. Dearly loved husband and soulmate of Betsy. Much loved and adored father and father-in-law of Robert and Yvonne, the late Richard and Cheryl, Stuart and Pam, Andrew and Julie, Jacqui and Peter Thompson and Davina. Loved and cherished Grandad of Robyn, the late Christopher, Shane, Neil, Sam, the late Hamish, Paul, Fiona, Roger, Sophie, James, Grace, Thomas, Richie and Rebekah, and their partners and their children (Neil’s Great-grandchildren). Special friend to Heather, Prue, Dot, Glyn and Susan. Inspirational mentor to many. Special thanks to all the wonderful staff at Olive Tree Village for their loving care to Neil for the last five years.
