Passed away After a short illness.

Much loved son of Nola (dec) and Peter (dec), Brothers Paul and Stephen; Cousins Phil, Sue and Whanau, and son Jake in Australia.

He will be missed by all – Santa’s helper, Activist, Gypsy, Artist, Musician, and Comedian friends.

A service to celebrate Davids’s life will held at The Lychway Chapel, 5 Roy Street Palmerston North on Friday 16 February 2024 at 2pm.

Passed away peacefully at Metlife Care, Palmerston North. Aged 92 years.

Dearly loved Mother of Darryl and Gaye and Grandmother to her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

In accordance with Joy’s wishes a private cremation has taken place.

Passed away at Summerset on Summerhill, Palmerston North on Friday 12 January 2024.  Loved wife of the late Ginger.  Loved wonderful mother and mother-in-law of Penny (deceased), David, Debbie and Steve, and Janette. A loved Grandma, Great-Grandma and Great-Great-Grandma.  Thank you to the staff at Summerset for all the care and kindness they showed towards Mum.

Of Pahiatua. On Sunday 7th January 2024, (Peacefully) at Waireka Care Home, Pahiatua. Aged 83 Years. A much-loved Mother, Sister, and friend who will be dearly missed.
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day.

Passed away at his home in Palmerston North, aged 72. Beloved son of Frank and Irene. Much loved brother of Philippa. Dedicated Dad of Paula, Ben, Tony, Deborah, Raewyn and Gregory. Proud Grandad of 15 Grandchildren and one Great-Grandson. Treasured Uncle, Father-in-law and friend of so many. Jim will be remembered for his kindness, humble nature and love of the simple things. Of Palmerston North, passed away peacefully at Olive Tree Retirement Home on Wednesday 27 December 2023, aged 81 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Adrian. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Amanda, Helen and Charles, and treasured Gran of Sam. Loved by her extended family and friends. Messages to the Benson family, C/- PO Box 1014, Palmerston North. As per Pamela’s wishes, a private cremation has taken place.

Passed away on Monday 1 January 2024, aged 83 years. Father of Brett and Roseanne. A great man and much loved friend. His friendship and humour will be greatly missed by many. A private cremation has taken place and a celebration of Tip Top’s life will be held at the Palmerston North Bowling Club, on Thursday 11th January 2024 at 2.00pm. Of Woodville. Peacefully on 26 December 2023, aged 75 years. Cherished Dad, Grandad and good friend to Barbara. Of Pahiatua. Passed peacefully on Wednesday 27th December 2023, at Waireka Care Home. Aged 91 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Desmond (Des). Treasured mother of Graeme; and the late Sue. Cherished grandmother of Sara. Great-grandmother of Thomas and Emma.

O’Hagan, Jean Margaret

25 March 1935 – 4 December 2023
Passed away at Chiswick Park Lifecare, Maxwells Line, Palmerston North, on Monday, 4 December 2023.  Dearly loved wife of Jim (passed 14 October 2017) for 61 years.  Loved mother of Richard; Lynne; Robert; and Karen.  Respected mother-in-law of Elle; and Neville.  Loved Nana of Marianne, Grant, Daniel, Andrew, Adam, Sarah, Xanthe and Great Nana of Josi, Zeb and Lilly.  A private service for Jean was held on Friday, 8 December 2023 at Lychway, Roy Street, thereafter interment at the Kelvin Grove Lawn Cemetery.  We would like to sincerely thank the amazing staff, carers and nurses at Chiswick Park Lifecare for their care and love of our beloved Mum, Nana and Great Nana – you are the best!  Messages can be sent to the O’Hagan family, C/- PO Box 1014, Palmerston North.
