Loved Mum of Michael, Rhonda (dec), Celeste, and Robin, cherished by their families Lihong, Trish (dec), Stephen, and Lynne. Adored Nanny to Andrew and Emma, Fraser, Elise and Joe, Patrick, Siân and Shelley, Ciarn and Kiri, and her great-grandchildren Jasper, Grady, Genevieve, Billy, Brianna, Catriona, Isla, Caeleigh, Rourke, Jaxon, Dante, Romee-Kowhai.

Formerly of Rongotea. Passed away peacefully on Saturday, 17 September, 2022, in her 94th year. Loved wife of the late Clem. Loved Mum of Jenny and the late John, Geoff and Jill, Gillian and Joe (Australia). Adored Gran of her 9 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. A special thanks to the staff at Coombrae Home for their love and care of Miriam. In lieu of flowers a donation made to the Bible Society would be appreciated and may be left in the chapel foyer. Passed away 17th September 2022 at Palmerston North Hospital. Aged 80 years. Cherished son of the late Koroheke Hamiora Tait and Daisy Morehu Tait. Much loved brother and brother-in-law of the late Joe and Betty Tait, Donald, and the late Darryl Tait, the late Audrey Tait, and Jack Nepson. Much loved father and father-in-law of Paitu, Jillian and Mike, Judy and Tony, and Winiata. Loving Koro and Great-Koro to all his mokopuna and great-mokopuna. Loved uncle and great-uncle to all his nieces and nephews. Dad is laying in state at Kauwhata Marae. A service will be held for him on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at 11.00am, at Kauwhata Marae, 148A Te Arakura Road, Feilding. Dad will then travel to his final resting place at Kelvin Grove Lawn Cemetery, James Line, Palmerston North. The whanau wish to acknowledge and thank the nurses and doctors of Ward 26, PN Hospital for the care and compassion shown not only to our Dad, but to our entire whanau.

Mum and mother-in-law of Colin and Sue, Gavin and Gill, and Stepmother to Jan. Loved Gran of Jamie and Ange, Simon, Kate, and Lucy. Great-Gran of Milo, and Alice. Grateful thanks to the staff at Summerset Retirement Village, Summerhill, Palmerston North for their care of Thelma. As per Thelma’s wishes, a private cremation has taken place. Atoamafuaiupolu Kuki Leupolu Mareta Sepora nee Leauga, of Vailoa Palauli, Manono, Apolima, Tanugamanono, Samoa. Departed peacefully at Palmerston North Hospital on 23 August 2022, aged 89. Now reunited with her husband Atoamafuaiupolu Kuki and son Palaialii Levaa Tavita Atoamafuaiupolu Kuki, who left before her. A loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother, to her children and families. Devotedly served her church the Congregational Christian Church of Samoa in Tanugamanono for more than 50 years. And the Congregational Christian Church of Samoa in Palmerston North for the last sixteen years. Well-known teacher and principal infant levels in Samoa as Mrs Kuki for more than 40 years.
